Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for returns:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
